ELIGIBILITY  Minimum Class - Xth pass, both gender male and female.
MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION  English, Bengali and Hindi.
AGE  Minimum 17 Years and above.
COURSE FEES  At the time of Admission Rs. 15,000/- + 1500 x 11 months. per year (Changeable in every session. Contact the Office for current Fees Structure).
SESSION  December to November and July to June
MODE OF SELECTION  Depends of availability of seats, marks obtained in matric /equivalent exam

 

*  Collect the Admission Form from Office or download the Admission Form from our website www.alliedhealthindia.com.

*   Attach one copy coloured passport sized photograph in the application form and submit extra 4 copies pp photo.

*   As residential proof, attach photocopy of Voter Card / Aadhar Card / Ration Card / Passport / Certificate from Panchayat /Councillor.

*   Attested photocopies of Admit Card , Mark Sheet and Certificate of Madhyamik / ICSE / CBSE / NIOS or equivalent.

*   Submit the Form within stipulated date with required Admission Fee.

MODE OF PAYMENT : Payment must be done by CASH  / Bank Details given by the Institute.
